Excellent location with helpful and friendly staff.
9.0The staff were very welcoming: they helped me with my luggage (when I arrived and when I left) and gave me an espresso and milk for my morning cup of tea once I'd moved in. The location is fabulous: lots of local restaurants and shops. Although the room looked out on the Piazza Navona, once the window was shut, there was silence. The air-conditioner worked well.
− The mattress was lumpy as if it has been slept in by numerous very heavy people for a long time.
Guest review
10.0Excellent communication and assistance from Andrea. Very accommodating. Nice rooms with incredible location and views of the Piazza Navona. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Good
7.0Location and view are amazing!
− Late breakfast. I had to leave early and nothing around the area was open. Other people who stayed said staff sent breakfast the night before to their room for the next day. This was not offered to us. For this price point there should be an early breakfast like 7:30 am.
Andrea was extremely helpful. My journey to the guest house was effortless.
10.0The convenient location was superb and the view from my bedroom to Piazza Navona was sublime.
Honeymoon stay!
9.0The location, staff, breakfast and size of room with its boutique feel were perfect. Make sure you meet Francesco at his bar next door for a very warm welcome!
