8.0The hotel is nice for me. I asked my client to inform hotel to arrange taxi for me, but I didn't find it at the airport. I don't know what happened.

2.0Building is just a waste and people are rude. The pictures they have shown is really misleading.
Disappointing
2.0Disappointing, the hotel management cancelled the stay due to unrealistic reason. I do think that it was unscrupulous act by hotel management, as it was holiday in country with many tourists coming, and the hotel cancelled my booking to rent the room in more expensive price. And I'm very upset that Hotels.com does not have any effective methods to prevent such acts.

Nice staffs
10.0The receptions were very polite and also the manager was very kind and you sense like your own home. The rooms are clean and decorated with antique furniture. You really feel comfortable here. The manager pay attention more to the hospitality rather than money. We enjoye taraveling
