− Everything … expensive, small, no a/c, no toilet paper and no atención to the customers

− Cold water from faucet, dated decor, old TVs, no air circulation and hot in the rooms, uncomfortable bed, no ability to get water from main office in evening, poor hospitality
Guess there are no bargains in Carmel.
4.0Location, Mattress, towels, cleanliness, cute courtyard areas.
− Bathroom too tiny, room was cramped (109), no ac or fan on a warm night, outdoor light shining in the bedside window, TV was pathetic (small, low-def, couldn’t get rid of captions, channel guide just had station call letters (not broadcaster affiliation).
