Perfect stay in Newburyport
10.0The location was perfect to access all Newburyport has to offer. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast served fresh daily was incredible!!

10.0Lovely staff greeted us and gave an interested tour of this very lovely charming property where we could walk and meet the locals with fine restaurants and lovely sunsets over a beautiful harbor that protects this very special community! As a 50-year North American Archaeologist loved this community! Thank you!

Charming Inn, great location.
8.0Lovely old building, full of charm. Great location, very easy to walk into the centre. Lots of places to sit and relax inside and outside.
− I didn’t like individually wrapped single use plastic cups in the room, I would rather drink from glass.
Had a very nice stay. Will definitely consider staying again!
8.0Location was excellent. Breakfast frittatas were very good. Breakfast “goodies” could have been better. Seems like they were store bought.
− Bathroom rugs /mats didn’t appear to be freshly washed. Pads for the chairs on my beautiful deck would have been nice.
