6.0Nice location, and easy check in. Beautiful view of the Grampians. Cottage had all necessary amenities, but lacked basics to make it a true 4.9/5 stars. Pod machine with no coffee pods, no basics in the fridge (only 1/4 bottle of opened milk), no basic bfast supplied. Very untidy outside, gardens and lawn very overgrown and building structure definitely needing some attention. Not sure if I give it much more than a 3/5 considering the price paid.

Not as pictured
4.0Dirty, towels and sheets did not look thoroughly cleaned, no guard around fire place, chimney leaked water after rain. Not as luxurious as images make it seem.
