6.0Les sanitaires dans les chambres et les parties communes ont besoin d’un sérieux coup de jeune. Notre salle de bain avait du être décorée dans les années 60… Le bâtiment est très mal insonorisé. Le prix du restaurant C’est dommage car le cadre est magnifique. Il y aurait de quoi faire qqchose de top.

6.0Room was fine , but staff a bit remote in communication ( which was only in French ) Dinner was very average and certainly not good value for money. So we have taken a different route and a different hotel on our journey back to the UK .

Our stay at the moulin de villiers
2.0We stayed at this hotel about five years ago and it was good. This time however we had friends with us and we had rooms 101 and 200. The shower in room 101 was broken and the water in both rooms was cold. It was not even possible to use the hand basins it was so cold. It also states that breakfast is served until nine o’clock in the morning, however, at twenty past nine it was pretty evident that the staff wanted us out as they stood around the table trying to pressure us to leave. The price we paid was 133 euros for these rooms each and not to have any hot water whatsoever is quite frankly disgusting. No apology given on complaining. We were just told it would be looked into. How any body can promote a hotel like this is quite frankly beyond me. I will not be staying here ever again and will certainly not be using hotels.com in future if I receive no satisfactory answer to my complaint.
