− Chiedono 2.000 euro di cauzione a notte e poi la stornano solo dopo 2 giorni con mille scuse. Sono molto deluso e mi sono pentito della scelta.

Spacious, clean and close to station
10.0Was super spacious, clean and close to train station, which is handy if you are arriving by train.
− It took a while to check in, filling out details and we had to give a card for 1000 euro deposit check, which was fine cause it didn’t come off my card but just seemed very high for staying one night.
Parfait mais insonorisation à revoir, trop bruyant
8.0L'appartement est superbe et très bien placé à moins de 10min à pied du palais des festivals, 3 chambres dont une chambre parentale avec douche et WC.
− Du fait de sa proximité avec une très grosse artère routière et la gare juste à côté, il a énormément de bruits, de Jour comme (malheureusement) de nuit même côté chambres, c'était vraiment infernal, à revoir l'isolation Par un triple vitrage dans doute. La cuisine est très bien équipée mais n'a aucun (à part un peu de café produit) produit pour cuisiner ( pas de sel, huile, sucre...) il a fallu tout acheter pour la soirée louée, pas bien grave mais quelques condiments seraient bienvenue.
