− Sisäänkirjautumisen kanssa ongelmia. Väärät huoneet, väärät avaimet, laukut puuttuivat jne. Eikä mitään hyvitystä tarjottu.

6.0Byłam w tym hotelu już 3 raz ostatnio w 2019 i teraz po 7 latach w 2026 . Po 7 latach muszę powiedzieć że personel jak zawsze na wysokim poziomie . Pokoje czyste, zestawy kosmetyków też powiększyły się o szczoteczkę i pastę to na duży plus.
− Po 7 latach od ostatniej wizyty zdecydowanie są gorsze śniadania brak dobrych pomidorów i mały wybór dla osób bez laktozy.

9.0As always, this hotel was an excellent choice. Very close to the Vatican and on a pedestrian only street with delicious food inside and outside the hotel.

5.0Sehr gute Lage, nah am Petersdom und am Vatikan, mitten in der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Restaurants. Zimmer und Hotel waren sauber. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber es war genug.
− Am ersten Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und konnten nicht duschen. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, der Installateur kam erst am nächsten Tag. Das kann passieren. Nicht in Ordnung war der Umgang damit: Ich bat um ein Entgegenkommen und sollte dem Hotel direkt schreiben. Das habe ich getan, das Hotel hat auf meine Mail nie geantwortet, nicht ein einziges Mal. Beim Check-out wurde ich an Booking.com verwiesen. Mir ging es nicht um einen bestimmten Betrag, sondern um Verständnis dafür, dass fehlendes Warmwasser nicht normal ist. Außerdem: abends laut in der Fußgängerzone, Pflastersteine sind schlecht für Koffer, die Decke lag ohne Bezug auf dem Leintuch, Sojamilch nur auf Nachfrage, wenig gesunde Frühstücksauswahl. Booking.com hingegen war ausgezeichnet: Ich wurde ernst genommen und bekam trotz der Absage des Hotels einen Gutschein. Genau so stelle ich mir guten Kundenservice vor.
