− There was lot of noise from road traffic and there are 4 little steps from living room to kitchen which are quite steep could benefit from little handrail.

6.0− Die Heizung in der Küche lief durchgehend auf vollster Stufe, wahrscheinlich Thermostat defekt. Dadurch musste man ständig lüften, der Straßenlärm war dadurch enorm. Die Übermittlung der Zugangscodes erfolgte sehr kurzfristig und erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage nach Abreise von zu Hause. Die Freischaltung erforderte eine zusätzlich Zahlung von 60 britischen Pfund für eine Versicherung des Inventars. Das war vor Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Die Betten waren zu kurz für Menschen größer 1,80.
