− バラナシトランジットで利用。レストランが19時クローズで食事が取れなかった。他の情報提供もなく、疲れもあり外に出る事も諦め、1階のカフェでケーキ、キッシュなど買って部屋で食べようとしたが、スタッフが一人しかおらず、たったそれだけのテイクアウトなのに30分以上待たされ、店のお客さんの珈琲作りでてんやわんやしていた。 食事の不安もあり、せっかく5つ星ホテルを予約したのに、さんざんで、朝も早い出発もあり結局食事は取らないまま… もう泊まりたくない。

10.0Had excellent lunch at the Farmers Basket. Food and service was excellent. Chef Dayanand and chef Pankal made it special by curating special dishes of Lady Finger and Bitter Gourd for us The tenderloin was made perfectly to my taste. Ashwani & Ekta provided exceptional service !( which at times is missing) Thank you for a great afternoon.

10.0Rooms are very clean and comfortable and nice and cool from the Delhi heat. Nem Kumar was very helpful when I needed assistance.
Rude Dutymanager Harsh
2.0Rude Duty Manager Harsh. I asked him for assistance twice, and I think he is obsessed with his position. The first time, I asked for help with the printer. He said he didn’t know and that he would call somebody. I waited for almost 30 minutes, but he just disappeared. Then I wanted to extend my stay for one more night, and I asked him about it. He simply said there were no rooms available and that there was nothing he could do. Very rude and uncouth behavior. The other team members were very nice, especially Rashi and Nidhi. I think he needs to learn from the agents what good customer service is.
