7.0O gerente é atencioso e prestativo. Havia um ótimo aquecedor portátil o que deixou o quarto com uma temperatura agradável. A localização é boa. Razoavelmente próximo a avenida principal, no entanto em um local mais tranquilo.
− O apartamento térreo estava sujo. Os cobertores tinham um forte odor de mofo. Não tinha itens para melhorar a limpeza durante a estadia, como vassouras e pás. A parte externa também tinha um forte odor de urina de gato, o que dificultava deixar a janela aberta para arejar o ambiente.
