Convenient, nice staff, comfortable room, but lacking an elevator.
8.0Property and facility were good, but it lacks an elevator to reach second floor. Would be fine if you are young and in good health but a challenge for those of the older set.
− Lack of an elevator to reach second floor, requiring some effort to get luggage up the two flights of stairs.
