− No rest room in lobby. I was referred to a Burger King across the street to use the facilities. I had been traveling, it was too early to access my room, and I was sent across the street? Unacceptable

3.0− Below the bathroom sink and near entrance to toilet floor was soaked from a leak and was musty. When i contacted staff the employee literally told me what do you want me to do about it, I cant move you. The tub would also not drain and my wife noted toe nail clippings near the night stand.

− The blow dryer and that outlet at the sink did not work. Lucky they had a spare blow dryer at the office. It had sticky hair spray or product on it, but at least it worked.
