6.0The room was clean, had a distinctive smell…The bathroom had damage to the ceiling, from a leak. There were some shady looking folks a few doors down. The breakfast selection was below average.

4.0The room had a musty smell when we arrived so we went to the store and bought room fresheners. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and bathroom was clean but both nights we saw a few roaches so we were uncomfortable.

2.0People set up outside dmoking and barbecuing. Microwave had rust in it. Beds were clean. Bathroom was not the cleaniest. I canceled a reservation I had that was scheduled after this visit.
