3.0The hotel has some nice features, especially the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. The room itself was comfortable, and the location worked well for our trip.
− Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was disappointing. We booked the room for four guests and requested four towels, but the staff member only provided two, stating that it was hotel policy. It was inconvenient to have to ask again for basic amenities that matched the number of registered guests. We also had repeated issues with our room key card not working, which required us to return to the front desk for a replacement. While these may seem like minor issues, they affected the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay.
It was a place to sleep, just not to sleep well.
6.0The location was easy access to the redwoods
− We were put in a horrible room under the stairs. It was loud all day and night. The price was horrible for what we were paying for.
Disappointing
4.0Not much. Breakfast was best part.
− Deeply stained carpet, worn sheets. Really needs updating. Priced like a luxury hotel but it is substandard. Would never stay here again.
