4.0Worst bed I’ve ever slept it. Room was clean and Staff was friendly enough. Good location right next to a restaurant and grocery store.

2.0Clerk would not check to offer another room. Carpet and chair in room stained and dirty. Would not replenish breakast at 8am because staff was on break for 20 more minutes. Best Western quality has really nosedived versus the old days...Restaurant next door was really good.
