The only bad thing was the key card would not open any outside doors.

− Not a great value. Too expensive for too little.
I’m Not Impressed
2.0The hotel is very dated and has a mildewy/old smell throughout the entire thing. The room was not clean. There’s no elevator and there was no mention of the free breakfast offered. The staff speaks very limited English and it’s very difficult to communicate with them.

dissappointed. Expected better from Hilton Gardern
3.0the room was well remodeled, new fixtures, etc.
− The room smelled like dead fish upon entering, and the air conditioner was set on 68 degrees. Pretty shocking when coming in from 90 degrees outside. the floor of the unit was sticky, and the whole place was extremely damp/musty. The TV did not respond to the remote so there was no "catching up" with what was going on after spending 11 hrs driving.
The worst hotel stay I've had
1.0Rooms looked newly remodeled
− The staff was extremely rude and started an argument with us. There were no accommodations that were pre promised (our 2 rooms to be on the same floor and a crib in the room). All the rooms had a very foul smell. The pool had no towels and was not clean. The hotel only had one working ice machine in the whole building that worked and it barely worked.
