Amazingly smooth, cozy, quiet, and pleasant.
10.0It had an amazing view from our room of the mountains. Plus there was a sweet little free goody bag with free water, popcorn, and cookies that were perfect to watch a movie with.
− There was nothing we didn't like. It was a very mellow, family friendly stay, with pleasant staff that were sweet and considerate.

9.0The accommodations were better than what I expected. The staff was friendly and kept the facilities clean. The complimentary breakfast of premade omelets and sausage sandwiches were quick to make and flavorful.
− The only real complaint that I have was the driveway/roadway leading to the hotel is less than desirable. Potholes, and uneven surface makes it dangerous for anyone on that hill.

Horrible, unprofessional staff.
1.0Nothing. Staff refused to allow check in the the room that was reserved and paid for.
While this trip didn't start out well at your location, the rooms are always taken care of.
9.0The view and location are great. Room comfortable and fits my needs.
− The driveway with holes and rocks, the front desk associate was very stand offish when i checked in, very curt with responses.
