2.0My room was not clean. The carpet was spotty, stained and dirty. I had get management to send someone to re vacuum it. The screen to my window was partially separated from the window and barely hanging. I reset it. My window with the screen hanging was left open when I got to my room. The room was hot because the window was left open. I request a refund please. Thanks.

2.0Room appeared to be clean but the floor was peeling up, tile come off bottom of wall and baseboard off, saw several roaches, and the person on duty did nothing to accommodate me! I was given a smoking room and I Have an infant! He would not change my room
