Had to move to another room, Breakfast OK

− Sink did not drain. TV did not work

Nothing they could not find our reservation and had no available rooms.

− we booked and paid this reservation in advance and when we got to the facility they did not have any evidence of our reservation. Booking could not help us and the hotel was full. We were left to find alternative accomodations which was very difficult to find on a Saturday evening in the middle of tourist season. We are not sure if this was the hotel who decided they could get more money from another customer or that Booking messed up.

Had a fridge.

− Pool closed. Ice machine broken. Didn't bother with breakfast -- I knew it would be bad. Should've been 1/2 of what they charge.

Worst stay ever. Gross bedding

− Every blanket and sheet were dirty with cigarette ash stains and dirty ashy hand marks on the sheets and yellow stains on the pillowcases. The room and beds were not cleaned before we got there. Asked for new bedsheets and blankets, they said they would see, then gave us very musty smelling bedding to replace them. It was absolutely disgusting I did not feel comfortable sleeping here. I almost went into the car the bed was so gross and not to mention uncomfortable.

Avoid - worth about $98-120. I was fleeced $275.

− DIY Bathroom renovation. No professional could be this incompetent! Countertop installation was so bad that a 1/4" piece of plywood covers the top of the tank instead of a lid, see photo. Pool been closed and drained since last year! Looks more like a set in a horror movie than website photo. One ice machine for all the rooms, broken, not working--had to buy ice at Price chopper. I have been staying in hotels and motels for decades traveling for work or vacation, hands down, worse "continental" breakfast ever! Tasteless eggs, weird tasting flakes without raisins, and saran wrapped bun that I had to toss after taking one bit. Coffee was ok. Thankfully there was a real diner, the Blue Bell, 1/2 mile away. My guess, owners rent rooms to state welfare clients to fill the rooms. Asked about possible discount as at best with the state of affairs, this room was max of $120. I was told by on-duty "manager" she would have to talk another manager "who was out of state."
