6.0The room rate was high for a hotel in that area of the state. I called the Hotels.com telephone number and the rate was $154/Day. When I checked the website the rate was $116/Day. They said the rate was high because it was the weekend and they had only a few rooms left. I booked the hotel online. They offered a guaranteed rate fee for $4.50 but charged me $9.00 for that service on my credit card. When I got to the hotel at about 7:30 PM, it was like a ghost town, not even half full. The room appeared to be clean, but there was a musty smell in the bathroom. After taking a shower I raised the tub mat and realized were the musty smell was coming from in the bathroom. The mat was black and covered with mold and mildew. It was gross. I also had a problem needing more bath towels the room only had 2. The front desk clerk said that was normal for 2 guest and I would have to wait until the next day after 9:00 AM to get additional towels. I did not get the towels until about 10:00 AM the next day when I was about to check out. Also the room should have bottled water, I had to pay $1.50/bottle for water. Needless to say I didn’t enjoy my stay at your hotel.

6.0The motel was convenient to the interstate but you didn't hear the road noise inside the room. The air conditioning unit, however, was very loud. This is definitely an older facility in a fairly run-down area, but did not feel unsafe. The sheets and towels were very thin; the room was dated but clean, and had good internet, good tv, and enough outlets to charge our devices.
