− Pool was out the entire weekend. TV didn’t work, coffee machine wasn’t working and when it was fixed the next day it was bad. No diet soda in vending machine. Staying with two kids and getting here after a 4 hour drive to no pool and no tv was BRUTAL. I felt so bad for them. I want to make it clear that this is not the staffs fault, who probably just showed up to do their shift and realize everything’s falling apart and there is nothing they can do. Best western should have sent notices about the state of the hotel before we arrived. It is gut wrenching that they accepted 100% of my money in return for 50% of the services
