9.0Clean, spacious room. Staff is very accommodating. Was a great location for us. Nice little continental breakfast every morning.
− Just a personal preference but we did not like the pillows at all. Husband liked the bed, it was too firm for my liking. The driveway into the parking lot really needs some work. Wouldn't stop us from staying here though.

Terrible customer service after early check out.
2.0Motel is older, badly needs an update and better cleaning. We woke up on the last day of our reservation and found that we had no water and no cable TV. When I notified them, they said that they were aware but did not want to call a plumber. They did offer to move us, but rather than pack, unpack and pack again we decided to check out early. They refused to give me a receipt because the reservation was through a third party. (BringFido.com. GREAT resource.) We tried to get a refund for the third day through the motel, Best Western and Bring Fido. Refused. They CLAIM that we didn’t check out until late on the final day, which is untrue. Blatant falsehood but I have no proof. All in all, the facility wasn’t terrible, but the attitude and customer service were abysmal. Never again.
Very nice and clean and I would stay here again.
