− Parking is a little tricky
This hotel was exceptionally accommodating. After an issue with my original booking, they responded quickly to my messag
8.0I appreciated that the rooms were separated, which gave guests their own private spaces and added comfort during the stay. The hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating and thoughtful — they allowed us an early check-in, let us stay past our check-out time to enjoy the pool until we were ready to leave, and provided additional makeup wipes when we forgot to pack them. During an orange-level storm warning, the dining area also stayed open late to support guests who needed to remain indoors, which showed great care and attention to guest needs.
− The property is an older building, so some areas showed signs of age and wear. The elevators felt a bit dated and uncomfortable, and there was a slight dusty smell in some of the hallways. I also noticed some mold on the shower curtain in the women’s pool shower area. That being said, these were smaller maintenance concerns, and overall the property was well maintained. The staff were attentive and accommodating, and the positive aspects of the stay far outweighed these issues.
