− Just that the pool water was too cold. I thought it was heated.

Not the best visit!
5.0− No elevator!! I have a bad knee.... with luggage is.. not ideal! The bathroom door hits the toilet seat... "come on" change the breakfast table tops.... can't wash them.. they are rough.... no matter, no one washed them anyway during breakfast you were understaffed

2.0We got there at 3 pm, which was the check-in time. The room was not ready, we were told to come back 30 to 45 minutes later. The room was still not ready we asked for another room. The room still smelled like the previous occupants.
