The breakfast was fantastic. The desk staff is terrific.

− The cleaning staff was difficult and extremely stingy with supplies. We went out and bought our own garbage bags and soap. Half of the parking lot was closed during our stay. There was only one elevator and we had to carry all of our luggage from a farther away parking lot to the building and down a very long hallway.

Walk in shower was very nice, the room was very clean.

− I purchased the room through Affirm, then had to pay $50 fee extra on my debit card. They ended up charging my debit card for the room that was already paid for through Affirm. So that cost me an overdraft fee. They supposedly rescended the room fee from my debit card, but I still got an overdraft fee!

I loved the view of my room. The staff was amazing especially the front desk guy. He was sweet and charming. I have nothing bad to say.

− The sofas need updating they are a bit worn down and look dirty.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at by far. The group I was with was kicked out of the main areas at 10pm. Adults and children were told to return to rooms. They did not give us another area to congregate in after 10pm. The desk worker at the pool stood watch at the door while my child and 2 others swam and came rushing in repeatedly if any of them even so much as bumped into a rope. Also, since they have a health club those members are given preferential treatment when using the pool etc. The pool area smells so strong on chlorine that our eyes were burning and some of the children has chlorine rashes the following day. The carpet in my room was stained and the water drained extremely slow in the shower. I asked for towels to be left in my room while I was out for the day and I came back to no towels but did have an item stolen from my room! This was reported to the front desk and I was told the cameras would have to be reviewed. I have since been told that the cameras do not face my room therefore they are not attempting to investigate any further. I was given a 25% discount for my "troubles". I will absolutely not be returning to this hotel ever.

Location is amazing! Rooms are dated. Hallways are dark. Beds are uncomfortable. I wouldn't dare sit on the couch. It was stained, and smelled so, so bad. 2 towels given...took multiple calls to get more. Good luck finding parking if they have an event going on at the conference center. Very cut up. No common area. Pool closes at 830. No extended hours. Of the many hotels we have travelled to, this would not be a choice ever again.
