1.0− There was a fire alarm chirping all night long right outside my door (dead battery?) I reported it and was told maintenance was on the way, still chirping in the morning. Also had to change rooms when I got there because the power to the nightstand didn’t work (wall socket was dead).

10.0I absolutely loved the people there were friendly and nice when I checked the guy was friendly explained everything the house keeping lady, the night attendant lady and the lady behind the breakfast counter Very nice polite I was really impressed by this hotel and its staff

− We had to change rooms due to faulty fridge and side table light. New room also had faulty hair dryer and loose plug in outlets.
