4.0Very seldom do I leave reviews, but this time I was extremely disappointed with the room, it had stains on the wall, ice was in a different building, breakfast lacked, shower rain very slow, it took three or four flushes fir the toilet.

4.0Our room had musty smell. The toilet leaked onto floor. One of rooms had stains on bed linens. We had outdoor entrance and air exchange outside of door was full of cigarette butts. Chose this hotel for pool. Arrived hot tub was cold, jets not working, sand all over bottom. Paint chipping on floors and onto my grandchild. Pool was filthy, bottom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime and they were bugs and blobs of hair floating in pool. Reported to staff upon checkout and e-mailed company no reply received. Very disappointed in our stay

6.0The room was clean, but the pictures of the pool area are misleading. The kids enjoyed using the slide, but the pool was gross (dead bugs and hair in it, the water looked brownish) and the hot tub was just warm.
