3.0Didn't see any bugs, room, bathroom and bed were clean (except pillows smelled). All the regular stuff was available, towels, soap, etc. The entrance and hallway were great.
− There was no one at the front desk, I had to call for someone several times. There was a button to push, I pushed it, nothing. My room smelled like wet carpet. The pillows smelled like cigarettes. The air conditioning unit didn't look like it had been cleaned, ever. I went back to the front desk twice and didn't find anyone, so I just stayed in the room.
