Outstanding hotel experience
10.0I feel compelled to share my experience with this hotel. We originally booked to stay for my brother in law’s birthday celebration (family of 6 so we needed two rooms) But we ended up getting called to the hospital as my father in law was dying. The front desk was amazing and cancelled our rooms, no questions asked. Then, he ended up passing away, so we showed up late at night after the hospital, in tears, and still needing a room. The night clerk was super compassionate and helped us get settled. The rooms themselves were fantastic. It was so comforting to sleep in a clean, comfortable bed/room after the day we had. We were so impressed that we booked them same hotel a few weeks later for the funeral. They remembered us, and gave us the same care and compassion. If this were a regular hotel stay, they’d still get high marks for friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and great location. My husband does not typically comment on hotels and he said it’s the best hotel he’s ever stayed at. Thank you to your staff for making our stay as good as possible. You all went over and above for us and we will never forget it. If you’re reading this review as a potential customer, you will not be disappointed by this hotel.

10.0If you are looking for a great place to stay when in the Drayton Valley area for work, pleasure or just be travelling through & are looking for a great nights stay & value, then I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are specious suites& well apointted with kitchenettes, quiet comfy rooms & all the amentities you want from a hotel. The price for value is well worth it as this hotel has something for everyone, from a great free breakfast that is a 15 out of 10, to a well equipped firness facility, to a rec room with airhockey, pool tables, ping pong, shuffle board available, board games & a virtual sports simulator free of charge. The staff are amazing & great you with their smiles & enthusiasm from the moment you arrive, to each & everytime you enter & leave the hotel. The housekeeping staff leave pleasant little notes each day they make up your room wishing you a great day & stay & there is always fresh baked cookies on hand in the the lobby.
Wonderful BW hotel in Drayton Valley. Come for a good nights rest and stay for the breakfast.
10.0This my favorite BW hotel. It is clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast is the best I’ve ever had in any hotel chain. The kitchen staff and front desk are friendly and professional. Kitchen staff go out of their way to provide a great breakfast experience. This hotel is a model of how a kitchen should be run. The front desk people were helpful and friendly, made me feel welcome.
