8.0Great location. Room was big but barely had any natural light, just a tiny sliver of a window. Otherwise facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was attentive and friendly and made every effort to accommodate any requests I made or answer any questions I had. The location is really good. It is on a quiet street in an artist neighborhood. If you are looking for a relaxed, chill vibe that’s still close enough to the action as well as historical sites, this may be the place for you. Bonus, they have a small koi pond out front which is a lovely place to sit.
− Wish my room had a bigger window and that the hotel restaurant had more vegetarian and/or vegan options.

4.0The place was in a great location.
− The staff was not helpful at all. At midnight, the power went out on the 8th floor, and we were forced to move down to the 5th floor. To make matters worse, the new room was a significant downgrade from our original booking. When I asked for a rate adjustment due to the inconvenience and the inferior room, the staff refused, claiming they couldn't modify the price because I booked through Booking.com. However, we paid the hotel directly, including taxes. It is completely unacceptable that the hotel refused to adjust our rate after downgrading us and disrupting our night.
