Excellent find in the White Mountains. Great staff and service and well-located for exploring.
9.0Beautiful facility that has aged very well. Room was much nicer than cookie-cutter hotels. A lot of charm. Food was good from the restaurant and the Alpine Tavern. The staff went above and beyond to provide breakfast before normal opening hours so that I could go to the summit of Mt. Washington early in the morning.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at the Wentworth Inn, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. When a third-party booking site failed to cancel our original reservation (we upgraded from a 2 bedroom condo to a 3 bedroom condo) after assuring us it had been taken care of, we were understandably concerned about being charged for two rooms. Emmitt at the front desk went above and beyond to help resolve the situation. He took the time to investigate the issue, communicate with the booking company, and advocate on our behalf. What could have been a stressful end to our trip turned into a positive experience because of his professionalism, patience, and genuine desire to help. The inn itself was beautiful, comfortable, and clean, but employees like Emmitt are what make a place truly memorable. We are very grateful for his assistance and would happily stay at the Wentworth Inn again (booking directly with them!) Thank you, Emmitt, for your outstanding service!
