I would stay again but in a different room

Breakfast and evening meal were very good, kids menu was great and they were very accommodating to my fussy child, kids entertainment was really good, I liked the location with a tram stop right outside did walk one night but too long for smaller children

− Room too small and too hot, was never cleaned for the 5 days we were there and had to ask for towels and toilet roll, staff said they would do but never did Kids entertainer on the Wednesday and Thursday nights was terrible no regard for smaller children and sold all his broken cheap rubbish to us saying it was something different and just a general bad attitude a lot of families walked out Shower a bit dangerous with temperature changes randomly, almost burnt my daughter

Pool, spa, the food was great but just not lot of choice.

− Felt the reception staff when checking in was rude. Also they charge £150 for the room incase the property gets damaged but not everyone knows about this and carter's for this find this too much, £50 yes but £150 way to priced. Been in cliffs and they never charged that and I did it on booking.com. it's very hard to go on Holiday these days so to not have the £150 but had to find it was ridiculous. Felt it could do with tiding up the decorating need doing along hall ways. Also some of the doors in the corridor near lift had broken window out of it and the doors had punch marks in them. The lift wasn't good really for the amount of people staying there and u could only fit 2 people in it. There lot needs doing at the property for the amount of money people pay. Some of the staff spoke and some were ignorant.
