6.0In general it was good except the toilet. The shower was worst I found in good quality hotels globally. Even informed, it was not fixed. Very poor maintenance service.

10.0The management and staff were so friendly and organized my flight was a little late and they contacted me by WhatsApp I felt so relieved and treated so well I can't say enough good things about the people and the facility I look forward to my next visit and I know exactly where I'm going to stay
