10.0Hotel is amazing. Location is great. Perfect for a girls weekend with many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
− The room was not as promised by Booking.com. The listing said it had a pull out sleeper sofa bed, but that doesn’t even exist at this hotel. The hotel was apologetic, but we were forced to take a room with different sleeping arrangements than expected.

Great stay with outstanding service
10.0We had a wonderful stay here in January during our first visit to Birmingham and Alabama. The hotel was spotless and located within easy walking distance of Mountain Brook Village, which had restaurants and ice cream shops our kids enjoyed. Our room was spacious and quite nice. Best of all was the hospitality - the staff were unfailingly kind and I was impressed at how many people remembered and addressed me by name. Our 6 year old daughter was especially enamored with Bode, the staff member who checked us in (and even gave her a souvenir stuffed animal at check-in). After we got home, she told us she wanted to go back to the hotel specifically because she missed Bode. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are ever back in Birmingham in the future.
