8.0L'emplacement de l'appartement est réellement parfait;à proximité du centre et des accès métro /bus.
− Les équipements type sèche-cheveux, sale et complètement hors d'usage. Le canapé taché et le luminaire cassé.

− Problém pri ubytovaní - nefungoval kiosk, zlá komunikácia, čakali sme na ulici 2 hodiny, kým prišla pomoc s ubytovaním.
Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich trotz des Straßenlärms wohl gefühlt.
7.0Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr zentral, ist sehr geräumig - gerade, wenn man allein reist. Man kann gut mit 2 Personen drin wohnen. Das Bett ist bequem, Badezimmer gleich neben dran. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind beide mit Fenster und Balkon ausgestattet. Das Nötigste an Utensilien ist vorhanden, auch genügend Handtücher im Bad - größere Tassen wären schön. Die Möbel sind ok, schlicht und z.T. etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
− Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung. Leider bekommt man keine Antwort auf eventuelle Fragen. Eine Woche vor der Anreise kam die Mail, wo der Schlüsselautomat hängt und wie man dran kommt. Alles gut zu handhaben, aber Fragen zur Müllentsorgung z.B. wurden nicht beantwortet, ebenso die Frage nach einer ausgestellten Rechnung. Man bekommt eine kleine Quittung aus dem Automaten. Insgesamt ist die Umgebung sehr belebt – toll, dass alles drum herum gut zu erreichen ist, aber es hat halt auch eine gewisse Lautstärke ;-)
