7.0פקידת הקבלה עשתה כל מאמץ לעזור אבל מלכתחילה לא היו צריכות לקרות התקלות שקרו.
− הכרטיס שקיבלנו לא פתח את הדלת ועיכב אותנו. מאישור ההזמנה של בוקינג לא היה ברור שלא תהיה ארוחת בוקר.
