Would go again great food great location
8.0We were met by Chloe who really was a fantastic help nothing was too much trouble. The pool was good especially where you could go paddle boarding, breakfast had plenty of options and was good quality. We also had a great meal in the Japanese restaurant where all the staff were friendly and attentive including the head chef
− the spa bath in the room and the outside one didn't work, and the ones around the pool also didn't work. The greenery around the hotel is well maintained but lots of the property is starting to show signs of wear and really needs to be better maintained

10.0英語が通じないことが多かったが、ホテルの外国人担当のエクスパートのクロエ(Chloe)さんがチェックイン、食事、アトラクション等のアテンドをしてくださり、また不明な点を質問すればいつでも答えてくれた（直接、またはWe Chatというアプリで）。プールが広く、４か所あり、プライベートビーチもある（海に毎日入れました。アジ系の地味な魚が少しいますが、シュノーケルスポットはない）。ベッドとパラソルは至る所にあり、いつでも寝ころべますが、メインプールとビーチサイドだけは空いていない時が多い。とにかく熱帯の島の高級ホテルで心ゆくまでゆったりできる。【アクセス】三亜市内から距離があるが、三亜鳳凰国際空港からホテルの無料の送迎バスがある。空港発11：00、14：30、16：00、19：00（時刻は要確認・要予約）。６番出口の道路を挟んだ北側の建物の１階がバスのパーキングロットになっており、そこにWESTINと書かれたバスが停まっていたが、案内はなく、運転士を含め英語が通じないので、注意が必要。【食事】朝食ビュフェはバラエティに富んでいる。ココナツミルクが蛇口から出る（飲み放題）。ホテルの隣が巨大なショッピングモールになっており、レストランも多い（ラーメンや寿司まである）。ショッピングモールにはホテルのバスも利用できるが、近道を通れば徒歩で５分もかからない。【海南島に行った理由】毎年、海外のビーチに行っていたが、円安で非常に高くなった。三亜には高級ホテルブランドが多く、宿泊費はハワイ同種ホテルの半額以下の感覚。私たちの支払った金額は沖縄の中堅リゾートホテル程度だった。大きな出費なしに海南島の高級ホテルで休暇をゆっくり過ごすのはありだと思う。
− 日本語はもちろん、英語が通じないのはストレス。クロエさんがアテンドしてくれて良かった。三亜では日本のクレジットカードが、ホテルを除き、使えなかった。中国の銀行に紐づいたカードでないと例えＶｉｓａやＭａｓｔｅｒでも使えないことが多い。
