10.0Every staff member was excellent. They were warm, friendly, courteous and efficient. Lovely room. Nice patio area.
− Could have benefited from an air con unit in the room. Also the window had condensation on it so I guess the double glazing might need a new seal.
A lovely country break in a beautiful place.

We arrived late, due to long day, I wanted to have cofffee before going to bed but the kettle was no
3.0− The kettle was someone used, I could clearly see the grounded coffee and dried. But no one changed for us. No staff present after 11PM to help us with it Originally I have booked a room with King size bed and a spacious room, but I did not get what I have booked ended up with staying in a small room due to staff has no knowledge of the room features.
