2.0That staff was wonderful. They did a an exceptional job. They were warm, personable, and helpful. We were very pleased by them.
− There was a smell in our room for the entire time of our stay, that smelled like sewage mixed with chemicals. I asked for a room to be switched multiple times and each time was told it was not possible, even though guests were leaving every day we were staying there. The staff blamed it on the Scriocco wind but I believe it was a serious plumbing problem because our daughter's room did not have that smell at all. The smell tainted the entire experience of the hotel. We were very unhappy
