It's the little things
6.0I'm afraid Boulder Lodge is taking advantage of its impressive lake views to charge a bit more than is justified. It's the little things: tv not working (intermittent), 3 out of 5 door locks broken, hothouse temperature on 3rd floor. Parking was a minor hassle. WiFi was all but unusable (easily overcome with minor equipment additions). These are things that should be taken care of before they demand a $200+ room charge. On the positive side, kitchen appliances worked, office folks were friendly.

10.0Awesome views, great room and excellent customer service. What was a business trip ending up being a great getaway as well. The Lake Views are spectacular. Will Definitely stay again.

8.0Great location with private balcony overlooking lake. Spacious room with comfortable chairs. Older property, not fancy, but well kept up. However, both beds were so hard we had trouble sleeping.
