Barranquilla en mi corazón!
7.0La ubicación es, probablemente, una de las mejores de Barranquilla, con excelente acceso a servicios, restaurantes y zonas comerciales. El hotel ofrece una experiencia muy positiva en sus áreas comunes: la renovación del vestíbulo principal está muy bien lograda y transmite una imagen contemporánea y cuidada. El desayuno destaca por su calidad, variedad y servicio, siendo uno de los principales atributos de la estancia. Igualmente sobresale la calidad humana del personal, cuya atención fue siempre amable, profesional y eficiente, reflejando consistentemente el estándar de hospitalidad de la cadena.
− El apartamento presenta varios aspectos susceptibles de mejora. La dotación de la cocina estaba incompleta: no había cafetera, el menaje era insuficiente (por ejemplo, solo había una cucharita) y no se suministró jabón para lavar la loza ni esponjilla. Al consultar en recepción, se nos informó que corresponde a una política del establecimiento que estos elementos sean adquiridos por el huésped. En un mercado donde los apartahoteles compiten directamente con apartamentos turísticos y otras alternativas de alojamiento, este tipo de detalles influye de manera importante en la experiencia del huésped y podría ser objeto de revisión. En cuanto al mantenimiento, la ducha evacuaba el agua lentamente, el mesón presentaba una reparación visible y en el baño permanecían marcas de accesorios retirados que no habían sido resanadas. Son aspectos de equipamiento y mantenimiento que, con intervenciones relativamente sencillas, contribuirían a una experiencia más consistente con el estándar esperado de la marca.

− Falta de modernidad, tienen un TV viejísimo y unos aires más viejos todavía, en este momento cualquier TV tiene acceso a aplicaciones como Netflix, y casi todos los hoteles de Barranquilla ya se han actualizado, es lo único q le falta al estelar

2.0Lo mas destacable fue la amabilidad del personal de Olivo, diferente al personal de la piscina y/o los demás ambientes
− No era un Apartamento como se había reservado, era mas bien un cuarto con 2 fogones, nada similar a experiencias anteriores. Tocaba dejar notas para que colocaran papel en el baño o llenarán el gel de ducha. Siento que a diferencia de otras ocasiones, esta vez que reserve por medio de booking, el trato fue completamente diferente a ocasiones anteriores que había reservado estadías en este Hotel
