2.0When there was an issue at the Cedar Motel they put us up in their other hotel Prestige and then also refunded our stay. The staff was wonderful.

3.0The check in was fast and easy, a little strange to need to check in at a facility down the street. There was also amenities for use in the other hotel we could use (?) but we were only staying on night.
− The room is old. It was relatively clean but when we arrived the bed cover was stuffed behind the headboard and not replaced on the bed after cleaning (I assume), the lamps were unplugged and one was not safe for use. When we plugged it in it started flickering. The air conditioning unit was plugged into the bathroom so if you showered with it on all of the lights started flickering. The TV was not connected to the cable cord. The motel did put a sign that said they knew there was issues with the electricity and breaker and they are working on it so I hope it will be fixed soon. The walls are also very thin. We heard an entire argument from next door. There was tuck tape on the ceiling. The water pressure in the shower was..not good at all.

6.0The room was clean. Cleaning staff were polite and gave additional supplies when we asked for them. The location and price were good.
− 9 years ago, we stayed at this motel, and I have to say I'm unimpressed with how the outside of the motel has been maintained. There was a cute gnome and smurf display that is now quite dismal! The building itself could use a face-lift. You would think being associated with a hotel chain called 'Prestige' they would take better care of the cheaper motel.
