10.0Hôtel de chaîne de très bon niveau. On se sent bien dans les chambres. Bus gratuit pour le centre historique devant l'hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés avant 10h00, la chambre n'était pas encore prête (normal) mais on nous a offert le petit déjeuner. SMS envoyé peu avant midi pour nous informer que la chambre était prête. Un plus.

− I am very disappointed with my experience during my stay. The parking situation was unacceptable. I was charged $20 per day for parking, yet there was often no available parking for hotel guests to use. In addition, my room was not clean upon arrival. While my vehicle was parked in the hotel parking area, it was scratched and dented. When I reported the incident, there was no manager available on the property to speak with. I was informed that the police would not respond to an accident that occurred in a parking lot and was instructed to email hotel management instead. I was assured by hotel staff that I would receive a response from management by July 7, but I have received no communication or follow-up regarding this matter. The only positive aspect of my stay was that the staff was courteous and responsive when I requested additional towels and toilet paper. Unfortunately, that did not make up for the other significant issues I experienced.
This Hyatt location has first class accommodation.
