2.0I booked a king bed suite. When we checked in the first room we were given was currently occupiers by a guest. We went to the front desk and explained what happened and were given another room. The second room we were given was again occupied by another guest. We were then told the only room that was left was a queen bed room so we were unable to get the room that we paid for. The room had bugs crawling around the inside of the window. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

8.0Property was remote. That was the appeal. The 2nd floor and room Iwas in had had some water damage and leaking that really bothered my allergies. I woke up stuffy and the carpet fresh used in the hallway was overwhelming.

2.0Could not see through the glass back door, needs replaced. Hot tub in room, (on) button damaged. Shower curtain too long and was a hazard. Shower leaking. Bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast was terrible, we could not eat it.

10.0Amazing !!!! Perfect place for a relaxing family trip. The view of the river from the balcony and the outdoor lounge area was beautiful. Employees were friendly and hotel was clean and very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area.
