DO NOT STAY HERE.
4.0As soon as we walked into the lobby there was a very unpleasant smell. My 3 year had to use the restroom so we went to the bathroom that was around the corner from the lobby and it was VERY NASTY it should of been a sign to turn around. We proceed to check in because we've been on a long drive. We got to our room the sheets were all stained up there was a horrible smell and the room (219) smelled like something was burning I did not feel safe having my kids sleep there. We let the lady at the front know she was very polite and understanding...so we thought. She said she will have to get ahold of management to refund us. We left got our refund and not even an hour later we were charged again. I called and they said it was from booking online I didn't book online. If the first refund went through within minutes why isn't it again? They said it will take 2 to 3 days...not satisfied at all!! I didn't get pictures of the room because I was in to big of a hurry to get out.
Id go back people were nice
