Location, price, size of room

− Our toilet stopped up.

Hotel is not worth the high price.

I like the location and the soft bed

− Better bed pillows, earlier check in time, swimming pool ready, bathroom grab bars not rusty, better paint job in bathroom.

My stay at the Best Western Hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel was nothing like what was advertised on the website. My family and I traveled from Indiana for our family reunion, and we expected much better based on the photos and descriptions online. The one positive part of our stay was the front desk clerk. She was warm, friendly, and very welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself was in poor condition. The curtains were ripped, the beds were old and extremely hard, and the paint on the walls was peeling. When we asked for extra towels, we were told there weren’t any available because they had to be washed and returned to the rooms. That was very frustrating. The bathroom was also not as clean as it should have been. I ended up going to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies so I could clean it myself before my family used it. If you’re traveling with small children, I would not recommend staying here. The only reason we remained at the hotel was because every other hotel in the area was fully booked, and we had nowhere else to stay. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you’re expecting the quality shown in its online advertising.
