4.0Location was convenient.
− The overall condition of the facility was poor. The elevator didn't work and no one told me until after I paid for room(recent knee surgery). The door to the room was broke and you had to slam it hard just to close it. Coffee maker didn't work. The bathroom was not laid out well at all you had to step into the shower to open and close bathroom door.

1.0Close to the Expressway
− Upon arrival, no air conditioning on in the room. It was 100° outside. Elevator was not working, and I have mobility issues. Going up. One flight of stairs. Office girl helped with my luggage, and the elevator was still broken in the morning since the elevator was broken. I requested to be changed to a ground floor room, and they could not accommodate.
