3.0− There were bed bugs, asked for a refund and took photos... was told it was beetles despite showing them evidence. Was then told they would look and let us know after we left. Got the paid invoice for full price.

9.0Clean, comfy and great air. I froze but I rather be cold than hot. The staff was good, friendly.
− The beds wasn't that soft. Could've had more pillows and blankets to sleep under. A sheet wasn't enough.
