No one at office to check in

− I was unable to check in because the office was closed when I arrived at 8 pm and after 15 phone calls 2 texts and 2 emails with no response I had to find other accommodations. The next morning I get a phone call from the office stating that she never heard the notification. Then she asked if I wanted to check in. Very very very unacceptable.
